Production is a large body of work that creates a storyboard made from many different elements. Telling the story of 'Electric Orpehus', a boy band construct that emerges from a camp excess of the West Coast pop video, the story imagines a transformation of the male body icon into pure broadcast. Material objects divide and split culminating in a tidal wave of electronic iconography. The project is an imagined story board for a Hollywood film.
Every image is made from free or cheap or swapped pre-existing 3D models downloaded from the internet - what I call 'Digital ReadyMades'. The act of browsing on the internet becomes a method of narrative association between objects. Free sound samples have also been downloaded and are assigned to each object.
